Set in one of Europe’s most iconic wedding destinations, this three‑day educational experience combines hands‑on learning, real wedding setup and professional portfolio creation in an authentic event environment.
Participants will not simply observe — they will actively take part in the planning, styling and coordination process alongside industry professionals.

The Concept
The purpose of the residency is to help wedding planners understand how a destination wedding is actually created.
From concept development to setup execution, attendees will experience the workflow behind a real wedding production. The program focuses on practical knowledge, decision‑making and professional confidence rather than theoretical lectures.
Through collaboration, communication and on‑site participation, planners will gain clarity on how to operate within international wedding environments.
What Participants Will Experience
During the three‑day residency, participants will be involved in different stages of a destination wedding production.
Day 1 — Brand & Concept Styling
Participants will work on a full wedding concept setup focused on creative direction, styling structure and presentation for wedding professionals.
They will learn:

how to prepare a professional presentation
how to communicate with vendors
Day 2 — Real Wedding Production
A complete wedding setup with ceremony styling, design elements, models and floral installations will take place.
Participants will actively observe and assist in:

A professional photoshoot will also be created, allowing planners to build high‑quality portfolio material.
Day 3 — Venue Experience & Elopement Shoot
